Management company, based in South Africa. The company is managed by Warwick
Bullen MSc., Pr. Sci. Nat., an economic geologist with over 20 years of senior level
exploration and mining experience in Africa, Canada and the Middle East.

Warwick is a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions, and
is registered as a Professional Natural Scientist (Pr. Sci. Nat.) in the field of Earth
Science.

Warwick is a Competent Person for the purposes of SAMREC and JORC and a Qualified
